The BIOINforMA group is glad to announce that the Assemble+ Knowledge Exchange and Training course “METABARCODING AND METAGENOMIC DATA PROCESSING and ANALYSES: a practical overview” will be held in Stazione Zoologica from 3rd to 7th February 2020.
The practical course is addressed to unexperienced students, scientists and stakeholders interested in acquiring bioinformatics skills in metabarcoding and metagenomic data processing, analysis and delivery.
The main topics that will be exploit are:
- Metabarcoding: data processing and annotation (16S, 18S, other);
- Metagenomics: data analysis (reference based and de novo approaches);
- Data analyses and visualization.
20 participants will be selected based on their CV and motivation letter.
Registration fee is 250 euros/person and includes coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
